 Credee Business Terms & Conditions for Veterans Moving Service These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Customer") and MovAide, LLC, doing business as Veterans Moving Service ("Veterans Moving Service," "we," "us," or "our"), regarding the Credee Business financing option for moving and related services. By choosing Credee Business financing through Veterans Moving Service, you agree to these Terms. 1. Credee Business Financing • Third-Party Financing: Credee Business is a third-party financing service. Veterans Moving Service is not the lender or provider of financing. Your financing agreement will be directly with Credee Business, and you are subject to their terms, conditions, and privacy policy. • Approval: Approval for Credee Business financing is at the sole discretion of Credee Business. Veterans Moving Service has no control over the approval process or credit decisions. • Payments: All payments related to your financing agreement, including principal, interest, and any fees, will be made directly to Credee Business according to the terms of your financing agreement. 2. Services Provided by Veterans Moving Service • Scope of Work: Veterans Moving Service will provide moving and related services as agreed upon in a separate moving service agreement or quote. These Credee Business Terms & Conditions govern only the financing aspect of our services. • Pricing: The cost of moving services will be communicated to you in a written quote or estimate prior to the commencement of services. • Payment for Services: While Credee Business finances the cost of your moving services, the ultimate responsibility for payment for services rendered by Veterans Moving Service remains with the Customer. If Credee Business financing is not approved or defaults, you are still obligated to pay Veterans Moving Service for services provided. 3. Customer Responsibilities • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to both Veterans Moving Service and Credee Business. • Adherence to Financing Terms: You agree to adhere to all terms and conditions set forth by Credee Business in your financing agreement. 4. Cancellations and Refunds • Moving Service Cancellations: Cancellation of moving services is subject to the cancellation policy outlined in your separate moving service agreement with Veterans Moving Service. • Financing Implications: If moving services are canceled or modified, it is your responsibility to notify both Veterans Moving Service and Credee Business to understand any implications on your financing agreement. Refunds for services, if applicable, will be processed according to Veterans Moving Service's refund policy, and it is your responsibility to arrange for any necessary adjustments or payments with Credee Business. 5. Limitation of Liability • Veterans Moving Service is not responsible for any issues, disputes, or liabilities arising directly from your financing agreement with Credee Business, including but not limited to interest rates, fees, payment schedules, or credit reporting. Your recourse for such issues is directly with Credee Business. • Veterans Moving Service's liability for moving and related services is governed by the separate moving service agreement. 6. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veterans Moving Service, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your Credee Business financing agreement or any breach of these Terms. 7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with your moving service agreement and any separate Credee Business financing agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Veterans Moving Service regarding the Credee Business financing option.
